Troll A was moved to its final location, 80 kilometers off the coast of Bergen, Norway, by a fleet of 10 ships. At 472 meters tall, it rests on the seabed due to its immense weight, which is why it’s classified as a gravity-based structure. Its construction cost $650 million.
